Our Holiday menu is no different, it features two different preparations of bread stuffings, vegetable casseroles, sauces and potatoes. Whether you choose off our Thanksgiving or Catering menu you will find plenty of wonderful food choices, you have until November 21st to pre-order your sides. Two new items this week stood out for customers; baked buffalo panko chicken is a healthy way to get your buffalo cravings in without resorting to wings. In the process of making roasted root vegetable skewers for a catering client, we amassed beet, carrot, turnip and parsnips that remained from cutting tiny cubes of root vegetables for the skewers. The resulting soup (Root Vegetable Bisque with Fennel & Basil) will likely take it’s place in our “keeper” vegetable soups. |
